Mine arrived at the local sorting facility last night. It probably could’ve shown up today, but methinks Fedex nerfed my delivery time since I didn’t pay extra for faster shipping.
Ok it’s now Monday and still no movement in Memphis, so much for my weekend theory.
It’s not really a big deal, I’m not losing sleep over it, but it is fun to come on here and complain.

mmm mine has been sitting in Koeln since Wednesday.
Mine was shipped from Sweetwater on Thursday and arrived on Sunday. However, it arrived without candy.

Took a day off of work, kinda hoping to play with the Syntakt today. But it’s still in OUDE MEER, NH. Maybe I’ll use what gear I already have on this day off to make a track called OUDE MEER, NH.

Update: The Syntakt is still in Oude Meer, but the case and dust cover were delivered this morning.

FedEx has done this multiple times. Each time I have reported it to them. Each time they have promised to be sure it doesn’t happen again. I see no point in continuing to do so.

Hi - still complete radio silence from @Elektron . I Emailed ar@elektron.se on Thursday, as instructed in the invoice, and no one has acknowledged it or responded yet. I also called Fedex this morning and they confirmed y’all would have to contact them ASAP to fix this.
I just forwarded the form Fedex provided, but I’m at a loss for what else to do. Had a support ticket straight get ignored a few years back and was hoping the issue would have been fixed by now, but it seems that’s not the case.

I ordered on sunday sweden to germany. It was shipped with ups, not FedEx.
Where I live dhl is superior to everything.

That explains why I got the shipping notification on Friday but Fedex didn’t picked my Syntakt at Elektron’s warehouse until now.
