That really sucks. Hopefully someone at FedEx can help you out? Surely they have a record of each stop and perhaps someone inadvertently signed for a package they weren’t expecting? Who knows but I’m holding out hope for ya.

Thank you so much. I am patiently hoping for a call or a message from fedex with some good news.
Call them and demand to see a photo of the signature, as well as a timestamp for when the signature took place, as well as the GPS data from the driver at that point in time. They must be able to provide this to you and this will put some pressure on them to resolve this quickly.

I just called them again and they don’t have any further information to share. They said a case is open and we will have to wait until it’s resolved. This really sucks.
FWIW FedEx has a long history of delivering packages intended for me to someone else. Once they delivered five consecutive packages to our next-door neighbors. More recently they have been delivering packages to the neighbors across the street.

Hopefully it’s some consolation that I have had fedex mark packages signed for only to have them delivered the next day. Hope thats the case for you!

Which is weird (setting aside financial issue) because I don’t consider the ST a replacement for either, unless the only checkmark is “Elektron Groovebox”.

Yeah prob the case!
Just had 10 minutes with this baby, and I’m loving the sounds coming from it. Is it new? If you have other Elektron boxes, it doesn’t give you that much of “newness” except it seems more accessible with the new UI. It is like their greatest hits in one box sans sampling.

I have all 3 and as it stands I still think DT & DT are better, however ST is only at 1.0 so plenty of time to blossom.

I did not like it a lot / i did not find it very innovative sounding wise, i am not a fan of the digi format i have a ARMk2 and a Cycles and i felt i am more creative on them and i prefer the ergonomics of them too
Damn! I went through this with USPS and a cycles last month. The only good thing out of it was that I put my funds towards Syntakt instead of another Cycles.
They had likely delivered it to another building. I had to review security footage with the building super and following up with USPS took almost a month before they finally confirmed it was lost.
I’m in Manhattan, so getting a package delivered to another building is as good as lost.
I understand. There is a huge difference between watching polished videos and having it sitting in front of you.
Considering your already existing Elektron gear it’s IMO only worth to spend further 1000 bucks if it fitted perfectly.
