Weird problem with a project

I’ve been working on a project for a week or so and today when I turned on my Octatrack, it is silent! Nothing will convince it to make a sound except loading a different project and rebooting. Now the Octatrack will make sound, and I can re-load the original project I and it will make sound… BUT i can now not edit any parameters using the encoders. I can re-load another project and edit away. Totally weird!

I guess the project could be corrupt for some reason (CF card failure?) but all other projects seem to be fine.

Anyone else experience this? Any advice?

Check Project Menu > Midi > Control
if it is set to Int, or Int + Ext.

I switched back to int and that fixed it, thanks a lot!!

I must say, I’m surprised it did though… That was a lot of side effects for a fairly innocuous setting. It was even affecting other projects loaded after the guilty project.

Anyway, very happy to have my project back!! Thanks again.

I wrote that 3 times last 2 weeks ! :smile:
Scary but easy to fix issue.
