What is the LOGIC with Patterns Saving?

I’ve watched many great tutorial videos on the Digitakt, read the manual and this forum before making a purchase. For me the instructional information that is lacking in the manual and online has to do with the the internal file system, how and where things get saved, and the logic used with patterns.

If somebody could please point me toward some information that addresses these topics, I would very much appreciate it.

For example:
I have a project using 1 bank and 3 patterns. Each pattern has a unique name. When I save a revised version of pattern #2, pattern #3 is altered to reflect those same changes too. But each pattern has a unique name. This makes no sense and is very confusing.

Is this a bug, perhaps? Running OS 1.07.

Many thanks.

no this is incorrect. things change in pattern #2 not change anything in pattern three. are you save project?
only save project is true save.
save Ptn is fantastic, only a temp buffer save for
performance effect.
Perhaps you are saving over pattern #3 with reload function?

or something is wrong. I have not see this on my DT.
