What is the use you give to the octatrack mk2?

OT is limited : it records in stereo only, and it can’t convert a stereo file to a mono one.

I’m dumb, I still don’t know when to record AB vs A + B

And I record into 2 mixer channels and I pan 1 all the way left and the other all the way right

Not being sarcastic, been unsure about this since day 1
