Why are FedEx so bad?

I think it is, because when I lived in Uganda the delivery service was better. Got one delivered at 8:22pm tonight lol.

I’d prefer to receive packages in the evening if I could choose.

I remember there used to be some policy or lore that FedEx spent the business hours delivering the Express & other high-importance “must be delivered by” items to businesses while they were open. Residential deliveries could then happen after 5pm.
