Why do some samples repeat when I hit a trig and others don't

I have samples (all flex, if it matters) that keep playing over and over, yet some don’t. Can you tell me why this is?

Check your loop settings under the playback screen and in the audio editor.

Thanks. That fixed it. Though oddly enough, concerning looping, all were set to “auto,” yet only some looped. In any case, selecting “off” fixes the problem.

There’s a doubling up of this functionality. As far as I can tell the ‘loop’ settings per sample (in the audio edit menu) are overridden by the loop settings in the Track playback menu. So if track playback is set to ‘auto’ and sample is set to ‘loop’ it will loop.
