Would anyone like to hear a digitakt running through a re-201 for 22 mins?

add a cheap mic and a cathedral reverb and you’ve got yrself a subaquatic journey of the mind

or maybe not, you tell me

This is nice - enjoyable as a repetitive background music… nice riff/pleasant sounds, dig some of the subtle delay trails. also, I like that sung “submarine” bit at around 15 minutes, but the excess of effects (multiple fragments, cut-up, layering) sorta detracts from it. Maybe some less overt delay activity, but it’s not bad. it’s deceptively more detailed than it seems at first. The frequency (occurrence) of vocal samples (chopped, repeating) could be reduced a bit, though I dig the unaffected instances.

I think this would be really good if the vocals were tidied up a bit, but I understand if it’s just one long, live take. I’d say it’s pretty successful, minor quibbles aside. For the most part it’s really pleasant.

thank you very much for your feedback. that’s basically the vibe we were going for - all live, midnight so we had to be quiet for the neighbours. just a good way to kill a saturday night in with friends

i’ve got real songs, printed on vinyl etc. but not too much with just elektron gear so not the right place to share

hopefully more to come though
