Whatever works! I’ve just seen a few people run those cioks which is why I mentioned it.
I do appreciate the suggestion.
is that a .com system on the right or something else?
Very purpose-driven, Nice. Also – wtf? a Moog Werkstatt with a tiny keyboard! What is going on there? that seems like a neat unit.
Think I’ve seen that setup before… Anyway, doesn’t get much more portable than a banana.
The USB are A type through to B type on the back. So it’s really just a thru that I have hooked up to a regular hub. It just gives me a USB port close to any unit that needs it.
is that emergency hot mustard?
That’s an MOTM system, all built by me. It was how I got into it all. There’s a dual voltage controlled spring reverb, a Klee sequencer, and a Wogglebug, among others.
Hahahah, yeah. My buddy Nick built the Werkstatt XL (his name for it) and gifted it to me. It’s really fun to play.
Yeah… the keystones I found were A to A, so I had to grab a pile of A to A patch cables, but now I’ve got most of them run to a hub, but I can repatch quickly enough when needed.
You’re getting bonuspoints for SFV
Love this so much. Perfect for someone that like to move things around every other day
Thanks
That was the idea. I got tired of running cables and rewiring the whole studio every time I wanted to work with a new set of gear.
Oh a permanent angled stand for any gear that will fit.
Random gear example:
Lots of up front work for much less work in the future
That looks like fun. Is the MC-101 battery powered?
Nice!
My current “hotel setup” is a Digitakt and Typhon. Loving that combo.
It is, but you could power it via usb just like the typhon.
You are reminding me of the days when I had several Korg Electribe’s in my rig (EM-1, EMX-1 and Electribe 2). I learned a lot from those devices. The logic behind those machines is so easy to understand, it’s ridiculous. I miss them all.
I’ve been following you progress with that build. Good work and great idea!
