The launch video was pretty disappointing but there are deeper dive videos on their YouTube which are much more helpful.

@circuitghost Is the case plastic or metal?

Plastic. Very solid, though. Built to last and endure.

Solid or not, it is plastic. It looks and feels like a toy. I’m really surprised that 1010music is asking €450,- for this. It sounds nice but not for this price.

I’ll take the lemon for my tape and microsound rig probs :sleepy:

Can you sample into the lemondrop with the line-in?

Not sample, but process real time. Which is pretty awesome, in this case.

Those water-like sounds come from Lemondrop, right?

So lemondrop is like a smaller GR-1. Very interested in that one.

Love that it can do real-time, very tempted with that.

Seems odd you can’t sample into it though, considering it is all about portability. Perhaps in an update?

Kind of. They’re samples processed through the Lemondrop.

Lemondrop seems like it fills a niche quite well, live granular processing in a tiny package. Not sure if I really get fireball other than it is tiny, the design seems to feel a bit more like traditional VA that happens to have wavetables as the main oscillators. *Waldorf M has probably ruined me for liking any other wavetable synths though with the way it oozes grit and character.
