Hello to all. After long and deep thinking (ahum…) suddenly realised the Digitakt is what I want. Though slightly bewildered, mostly aroused. Will read the manual.

I put a pillow on my lap when I use my Digitakt not just for comfort.
I find that it slightly elevated makes the ergonomics better.
I too just bought a Digitakt after owning a Model:Samples, and before that Machinedrum. Hoping the Digitakt feature set will meet my expectations. And while I liked the Model:Samples, the lack of attack really killed it for me.

I think you’re going to like what you can do with the DT. But If you don’t, then tuba lessons are equally as valuable.

Welcome to the rabbit hole.
Digitakt was my first Elektron machine and I felt in love with the sequencer and workflow. Now I have 4 Elektron machines (DT, DN, A4mki & ST) but I still think Digitakt is my favourite of them. You can make almost anything of it depending of what you feed it with.
Enjoy the machine, you’ll have hours of fun with it.
