A4 MK2 Routing Bug? OS 1.51 and below

Edit: So I was able to solve the below using the A4 app and control panel to check and change the routing, and can confirm that the hardware is reacting as expected, except for the fact that the Routing selections on the unit itself aren’t displaying my changes correctly. With that in mind I’m gonna leave this post up in case anyone else has this or a similar problem.

Yo! So I’ve got a set coming up soon in which I’m gonna use the A4 MK2 and my eurorack together with a small mixer (this’ll become important shortly).

I’m new to playing live with Elektrons, and typically have just recorded with Overbridge so I haven’t noticed this, buuuuut I think I’m encountering a bug in which the internal synth tracks are still audible in the Main L/R output even after I change the routing?

The way I have things set up is as follows:

  • Global Settings; Audio Routing - To Main, all 4 voices disabled; To FX, all 4 voices enabled

  • Hardware: A4 Individual outs each have their own channel on a mixer, the main outs are going L/R into the Aux return. Eurorack is plugged L/R into the A4’s external input (and this is working just fine).

So the goal here is to use the L/R as a passthough for effects and the modular, which should work fine in theory, but no matter what I do I can’t get the A4’s internal voices to leave the Main L/R output or the FX track.

Can anyone replicate this, or otherwise confirm that this is an issue? Just wanna be able to use the individual outs in the hardware!
