A4 MKII wont send midi to channel 16 on Juno

I can play the Juno through channel 16 from the A4 no problem (eg hear the Juno). But I cant set the sequence on the A4 to have it play though the A4 into the Juno. Its got no sound. What am I doing wrong?

Ive asked everyone and no one can give me an answer.

In the Notes Setup Menu, you will need to check Send MIDI for the sequencer to play.

The track isn’t muted? I can take a look at my settings and see if there is something else. Is this a problem for channels other than 16?

Another thing to check is the midi channel that the track is sending to. Is track 1 set to send on channel 16? I think the default A4 setting is to output on channel 1.

I suppose your A4 is set to play with AUTO CHANNEL (set to 16). That’s why you can play with ch 16.

It is possible to set OUTPUT CH to TRACK CH output instead of AUTO CHANNEL.

OUTPUT CH selects whether the mini-keyboard and the knobs will send data on the AUTO CHANNEL or the MIDI channel of the selected track.
