been a while that i was able to use my Elektron machines. Now that Overbridge is already final for Ableton Live i gave it a first try with my A4. Awesome so far It all works so nice, especially this damn tight sync … did not expected that in the first place, maybe some of you remember my complaints in the past
Anyway … when i select a track on the A4 the Plugin switches to this track’s page. When i select the track in the plugin however it does not select it on the A4.
Is that a normal behavior at the moment? Or is it just not working for me because i forgot a setting somewhere?
Interesting, my A4 track select on the plugin and my actual device don’t seem to be linked in any way at all. If I change the track on A4, the plugin doesn’t change to that track and vice versa. I have to manually change it, which is strange.
yeah, sounds really strange. i later noticed that switching to the CV and FX track dont work at all on my side as well. it just works from the A4 for the 4 main tracks, but not from the plugin.
I guess this is a bug then. If it works partly for me, if it doesnt work at all for you and - by the looks of the mostly non-existent response in this thread - will probably work just fine for most others it seems to be a bug.
I’ll file a bug report now; you should do that as well. maybe they get this addressed in a later release.
