AK not corresponding with OB

Hi all,

I have a problem with making my AK to correspond with OB VST on ableton Live on Win7. I followed the instructions from manual and installed the lates 1.21B OS and vst 1.0.0.0. The problem is that the state in VST gui does not correspond to what’s going on on my machine at all.
Also when I move some knobs or other parameters , nothing happens on my AK and vice versa. But all audio outputs are working correctly.
Anybody able to help ?

I am having the very same issue. GUI elements do nothing when AK controls are being handled.

Have been trying everything I could to get this working properly, and seemed like nothing helped, then of course it is now moving GUI elements when I twist the AK knobs, and I have no idea what actually made it start working.

I’ve tried several things to make it working with the support from elektron. Finally, the simple reinstalling helped and it’s working perfect now. I don’t know why I didn’t do at the beggining. It’s so obvoius that when you have software issues , you should resintall it first…

I saw in the manual there is note that when you’re installing OB you should have all your devices detached. Maybe this is a clue because I’m not sure I fullfilled this requirement when I was installing for the first time.
