Akai MPD "Midi" Pedal for Pick Up Machines

Hello,
I got an FS-6 from Boss for my AKAI MPD 32 midi controlling my OT.
Everything works well except the pedal (mpd receives commands though).
Tried to map note 60 & 64 (combo Rex; start stop ob) for the auto channel.

Anybody got a solution?

Do these notes work with the pads (without FS6)?
Maybe there is a different channel setting for the footswitches assignments?

No, they dont (just tried).

Do other notes messages work?
Note in checked in MIDI > CONTROL page?
