whats really not clear to me…for what exactly is the arpeggiator in the fx-page for?.. 
You can set a CV channel(s) to take note/trig data from the FX track’s sequencer. Having an arp on there becomes quite handy in that case. The arpeggiator notes will also retrigger the FX track’s LFOs and their fade envelopes…so if you really needed the FX to be modulated in some wacky way you could add the arp in as another layer of modulation and i guess…
