Analog Four bad after latest update

Hi,

my analog four after the latest updates, it is no longer works well!

I have used my AF a few times over the years, always well maintained in my studio and always up to date-

after the latest updates I have not used it but only updated, today I turned it on and even after a hard reset, so all is clear like a new one, it only plays one note at a time, it does not read the midi chords nor can I play them via the keyboard midi or keyboard integrate.

I restarted and did the test as per manual, but it doesn’t give me any hardware error code.

What should I do? Calibration?

I can’t use it, it looks like a monophonic that works badly, it also seems to me that the sounds are incorrect, partly out of tuning or distorted. I tried dozens of presets, they all look the same. Is it possible that he ruined it without using it often?

p.s. I’ve tried the demos uploaded to the various bank groups, and they seem to sound good.

have you enabled the voices in the Poly menu [Func]+[Kit] ?

Voices 1- 2 -3 -4 is “not flagged”
use trk sounds is “not flagged”
unison detune 16
unison pan sprd 64

but I never touched these settings, why were they without the flag?

I need to enable also “use trk sounds” ?

also, I hear sound glitch, or distorted, I need to format all or calibration?
it Is not the right sound for sure.

or for calibration or format all, usually needed a error code on the self test of the hardware?

because it is very strange have the kit voices disabled, maybe some updates or some sound packs not correct uploaded.

Can I do something to check if everything is correct like hardware and software setting as new AF?
