Analog four mk2 ext in and overbridge

Hey everyone,

Recently purchased an erica synths db 01 and decided to use the ext in on the A4 to get the sound trough overbridge and getting very low lattency.

I got it working fine but I have a problem: I can’t really control the volume. I plug the audio in into EXT L in, and on the FX track i turn up , on the osc1 page, the volume of ext L (i pan it to the center + add an utility mono on ableton). So I have 2 choices on the overbridge audio track: select the L+R audio in or select the main out (and turn off the routing from individual voices to the main output). If i do the first option , even if i turn down the volume on osc1 and on the FX track mixer, i still get the sound from the db 01. If i do the main output (pre o post fx) i can turn the volume down from the oscillator page ( not from the mix menu from the A4). Am i missing something or cant i control the volume using the ext L+R in track?

You should have an option for track 1 as an input if you are using overbridge with ableton.

Unfortunately I can’t test this, but in the audio in/out preferences menu there should be a button for a menu that allows you to select different routings.
There is also an overbridge menu that has settings for which tracks are available with overbridge.

Sorry I can’t help more, I recently gave away my last usb a to b cable. :roll_eyes:
When I get my new one on Wednesday I’ll investigate more
