So, I recently got a Moog Sub 37, and decided I would do a side by side aural test of the Sawtooth and how it compares to the A4. From what I can gather, the A4 has a much more plucky, bright sounding sawtooth, while the Moog is less present in the high frequency, but has a lot more midrange and low presence.
For those who are wondering what the application of the A4 would be, I think sounds which are normally present in the high frequency range would be it’s strong point, as it’s very bright!
