First use https://digichain.brianbar.net/ to genererate a chain.
Then run Audacity to trim the file to fit the following grid:

Why does the output of a chain-maker tool need further editing?

I know that. But presumably the chain software does that already? What do you gain for the additional step of editing in a wave editor?
Oh… hang on… I see. The web tool has 4, 8, 120, but also 16 and 32 which don’t fit.
Oh well. There’s other chain software about.

Just a heads up that each of those buttons are configurable, if you Ctrl+Click the button, you will be prompted to enter a custom value.
So the chains can be whatever length you’d like them to be.
