Any way to view data in a .afprj file?

I rearranged a bunch of my sounds (and removed a bunch of duplicates) last night, and was under the impression that the sounds in my kits would be unaffected, but there’s one project where one of the voices got reset to the default patch. I guess maybe I didn’t have a kit saved so it tried to read the sound from the +Drive.

The problem is, I don’t remember what sound it was anymore. I did make a backup of all my projects and “most” of my sounds before I started. Is there some way to look inside the project file to see what it was referencing without completely reverting to +Drive to how it was before I did the cleanup?

edit: I actually realized I had saved the sound elsewhere in case something like this happened. So my problem is solved, but I’m still curious to know if there’s some way to view the data in a .afprj.

On a separate note, I think I actually may have designed this sound from scratch and it’s not in any of the banks I reorganized. I did confirm that I never saved a kit for the song in this project. What would cause the sound to randomly reset to default? I’ve loaded this project dozens of times and it’s retained the sound.
