I am looking at purchasing an OT mk2, but the owner said that there are about 13 of these marks on the bottom panel. He says he has no idea what they are or how they got there. Any ideas? Thanks for any info you might have!

What you are seeking is the other side of the mounts for hex head bolts on the inside of the machine. Not a defect, not damage, totally normal.
