Anyone using pads to play the md

Hi - so was wondering if anyone used pads to play the MD - for gigs for example

I was looking at electronc percussion - like the Korg WaveDrum - (which allthough awesome - has no midi)
and got me looking at rolands hpd series
Could be pretty cool playing the MD sounds with big pads

Alesis have got a few basic 8 big pad models

Then there’s the mpc, but i always found it a bit small…

Any experiences?

Not the same kind of drumming, but it should give you some ideas.

thats a pretty sweet drum jam live action going on there! … cant believe this passed me by without noticing it in the forum, also has very little attention,… weird … nice post!
