Applying Effects on individual trigs - not working after the OS update

I have noticed that I can no longer apply effects on my individual trigs after updating my Digitone with the latest overbridge related OS update. I use to be able to do that prior to this update. Anyone else experience this issue?

I’m assuming that the new update broke this functionality. How can we create a bug ticket for this?
