AR MK1 difference with original sample

Hi everyone, I just downloaded the DEVINE 909 pack. I noticed that the samples played by the mac finder or inserted in an Ableton Sampler samplide sound very different when played by the AR MK1. I can’t understand why the sample doesn’t sound flat once it’s sequenced inside the machine. I checked any settings (Filter, VCA, Comp, Distortion) it’s all flat but I can’t get the original sample to play. any help would be greatly appreciated.

There’s a checkbox to toggle for sample layer triggering that may be off - look for that in Trig menu iirc

Any pitch changes may be down to having a different playback device sample rate on your computer to the 48kHz of the AR
