Recently found out that the Analog Rytm outputs midi and am now ready to deep dive into fully integrating that with Ableton. I c
I created a custom drum rack with with the AR vst and external instruments. This allows use the piano roll for midi and play it back through OB and the rytm get’s separate outputs for each channel.
After finding out that the AR can send midi, I can now record patterns into this midi track and store them as clips. Allowing for micro edits and changes once the song is closed to finished.
The only thing I seem to really miss now, is to record the settings, the p-locks and knob twisting on top of these clips. Has anyone found out a way to do this?
And secondly, would it be possible change kits and automate that within the midi clips?
