Are Model:Cycles and Samples USB class compliant?

I use an IConnectivity MioXM to manage my midi connections through USB/DIN or Ethernet and discovered that Model:Cycles and Model:Sample are not identified when connected to one of the USB Host ports.
On the compatibility page of IConnectivity, there are Elektron equipments but not the new models ?

Other recent products as the Arturia Microfreak and the Behringer Crave are working perfectly ?

Should I open a support ticket or is it something already known with a solution ?

Apparently so, I’ve used Samples on W10 but it requires no drivers for any functions, midi over usb/audio in out over usb or just as a standalone sound card.
