Are P-Lock sounds affected when twisting knobs?

I’m a prospective DT+DN user and I was wondering about something. Say I have a bass line preset on T1 (as a ‘main’ sound) but in the sequencer I’d add some other sounds in empty spaces (e.g. a kick, maybe some percussive elements, some chord stabs).

While playing and having T1 selected, if I started to modulate filter cutoff with the knob would that affect only the bass, or all the other P-Locked sounds as well (relative to their cutoff level)?

Unless you’ve p locked the filter cutoff as well, the knob turning will affect all sounds on t1. The filter on t1 is “universal” for all sounds on that track.

Thank you! Both pieces of the info - that it’s universal but can be protected against being changed by p-locking the filter - are incredibly useful. Perfect!
