Is there any way to transpose the midi sequencer within a predefined set of notes? Eg, lets say I want an arp on D-F-G, but when I transpose this upwards, I want it to continue on the same notes (D2 F2 G2-F2 G2 D3-G2 F3 D3…etc) instead of going through everything in either D maj/Min scales… any way of achieving this on OT?
No custom scales sadly. I wish they’d implement this; would be very useful and probably not very hard to code.
You can resample the sound of the arpeggio, then pitch it.
