Arps not working with controller

Hey guys,
I have got OB working now in Ableton 9 with my A4 and Mac (yosemite). I have created midi tracks that send midi to their respective A4 tracks in OB, and once I enable that track I can play using my external keyboard (connected to ableton) no problem. But once I turn on the arpegiator for that track in A4 the keyboard doesnt trigger notes. The arp doesnt play at all. And if I switch the arp off I still cant play any notes until i touch the mini keyboard on the A4 and then I can play with my controller.

Anyone experienced this? Have people successfully played with the arps using an external keyboard connected to the daw?

The current state of overbridge affects everything related to Kits, the ARP is at the Pattern Level, which is not implemented yet.

My workaround is to send MIDI directly to A4 / AK by creating a MIDI track routed to the A4, not the the OB plugin MIDI tracks. So basically you get multitracking from the plugin and use the regular MIDI of the A4.

In the Overbridge manual says not to enable A4 as an input/output device if you are using the Overbridge plugin but I hadn’t had a single problem. I use it for production, not live settings, maybe there you can encounter problems and that is why is not recommended.
