I’m taking a little break from the Digitakt as the sequencer and decided to take out the MC101 instead.
Man … I missed the MC101’s 128 steps, and 4 tracks x 16 clip that allow for some more granular clip switching flexibility. Having access to the ~3k instruments is a super nice thing too that speeds up composition.
The async clips with varying lengths that integrate nicely is also a bonus - not sure if the DT can do that? (ex: have one track be 48 steps with a 2nd one 32 steps and vibe together at the same time).

Do you ever feel a little limited by the Digitakt as well? I really really wish they added 128 step to their midi tracks (without the work arounds).
ps. Apparently my 3 Lego friends liked it enough to start dancing.
