Bank Light don't turn off in Analog Four Mk2

Dear Forum,
I recently bought an Analog Four MK2, but someone knows how to deactivate or turn off the this Yellow Light of Bank E and F? and bank A stay always all the time lighting when I started my Analog Four MK",
please help , Thanks

It looks like you’re in Trig Mute mode, judging by the purple trig on step 3. Press FUNC + TRIG MUTE (the E bank button) to exit that mode.

Also, welcome to the forum!

Edit: Sorry, purple (magenta) is accent according to the manual, so that’s why Bank F (Accent) is also lit up. FUNC + ACCENT to exit that too. Although it is odd that they’re both lit up at the same time. What happens on a new project?

Thanks Craig,
I did what you says and not changes anything :frowning: , it remains the same, I also did an empty reset, and nothing :frowning: and I do not have any new project, since I am just exploring the machine .

Hmm, I would run test mode (one of the last few pages in the manual) to see if any errors come up, then raise a support ticket with Elektron. Sorry it’s not working properly :frowning:

Then why not create one (it just take seconds) to check if the button leds return to normal?

Of course I already did, and not change :frowning:

Test Mode says, all is fine … and in the same test mode the LEDs do not change color … ,

Time to contact Elektron, I’m afraid :frowning:
