Hi friends,

I had exchanged my Rytm mk2 with a warranty replacement for the sound issues it had.
The new one is reconditioned b-stock device.
Mutes does not always respond, or sometimes unmute tracks without touching a pad. Which makes jam recordings quite difficult.

But what I am concerned the moste at the moment is the sound. I found out that BD Hard Snap Amount from min setting to extreme does not make a difference. Just little, really unnoticeable change in transient.

How snap amount works on your devices ?
Can it mean that I should be worrying about overall sound quality ?

Any advices how to test the device to know that it produces the standard rytm quality?

This is a well known problem that can be solved, contact Elektron support.

Thanks for the answer. I’ll definitely contact support once I have completed list of issues to report.
