Oh that’s unfortunate to hear haha - annoyingly my music setup is isolated from my computer, which is what I plug the mixer into the capture the audio. I’ll be mindful of that as I can’t say I noticed! Might use my H5 to capture off the recording output rather than going over USB next time.
The mixer itself does a fair amount of heavy lifting, those A&H analogs do add some juice.
I think I only heard it on the drum track in the quiet parts. I was trying to do something with the bongo part and got a little sidetracked, but that’s the only place I remember audibly hearing it. USB is almost impossible to avoid chatter of some kind. The audio from your stems was so much leaps and bounds better than the youtube audio I started with that I shifted gears into something completely random lol.
Got around to making something as a final send off for a recently departed OG. I also really didn’t want to leave you guys hanging and am beyond grateful to all of you and this community for the support recently, as it has been overwhelmingly uplifting. Thanks guys
Also, thank you to @natehorn for finding and sharing another fantastic track to sample and also @everyone for hanging out and sharing your talented works with us all. As always, wishing that you all have a lovely week ahead full of vivid inspiration and amazing jams, and I hope to see you all again at our next challenge that just went live.
Some beautiful chops here going in all directions, but I’d like to also state my appreciation for Alexander’s bedroom in the video, where he’s got a massive poster of some cranes with CRANES written underneath, presumably to minimise any questions the ladies might have. I expect he was out shopping in Home Sense one day, saw that and just thought Yes! The bedroom is finally complete.
I misunderstood, At first I thought no wonder he’s not seducing anyone having posters of construction machines on his wall, but now I’ve seen the actual poster I can see it’s enough to get anyone going
