Boss RE-20 peoblem

I have a Boss RE-20 connected to my Soundcraft EPM6 from the AUX send (one cable), and back into a stereo track (two cables). All unbalanced cables, 1,5m. When I turn up the aux on one of the other channels, I only hear the reverb in the right channel, but delay in both.

My inputs in the mixer are panned hard left/right, and I’m wondering if that’s the problem.

Example: I have the Rytm on channel 3-4, panned hard left/right, but only hear reverb in one side.

I tried using balanced cables, but same outcome. If I use the pedal directly with the Rytm, all is good.

That’s a strange problem. It sounds like something’s wrong with the pedal. I looked at the RE-20 manual to see if it mentioned anything related to your issue to no avail.
