where can i order Parts for the elektron analog keys? love my keys but the keyboard doesnt work anymore. A few of the keys are always at 100% velocity.
UPDATE: I opened the AK today and cleaned everything now it works fine again. Seems like there was just to much dust, weed and dirt inside.
Speak to support - test the MIDI mode with nothing else connected and use a midi monitor on the midi output - don’t know AK test mode but it may report velocity along with note - report findings to support - i have recalled similar discussions

i tested it with midi conected to some vst instruments and also there is a way to see how much velocity u apply with hitting the keys. and 2 or 3 of the keys are fucked. thanks for the repyl
Not so good, but try transposing the keyboard range up or down to rule out (very unlikely) MIDI plumbing issues and check the same key (now a different note) is still failing - you can also monitor the internal velocity in the velocity mod menu fwiw
