Why when I upload samples to the AR via C6 sometimes the names are 0,1,2,3…n and other times the samples name is retained?
Is “Use Extended SDS” checked in the configure window of c6?
where would it be? I am on a mac and it is not on the main window.
It is, between “Close” and “Exit” you will see the “Configure” button. Click on that, and verify the settings-consult page 4 of the c6 Users Guide. Also make sure you are using the most recent version of c6, since it was updated recently with settings for the AR.
