Can a users sample starting point be adjusted?

If a sample is recorded and saved but then there is a need to shave off a number of milliseconds off of the start point is it possible (if it can , how?) or does it simply need to be re-recorded?

Yep, but only in the Oneshot and Repitch machines, It’s the ‘STRT’ (Start) parameter.

If you mean can you edit the sample and resave it cropped… then no you’d need to resample (you don’t need to re-record the source though you can sample the sample). Cropping is possible on the OT using a Flex machine.

If it’s still in the recorder, you can go back and edit and save the sample again. But there’s no way to load a sample and edit it.

You can edit the start point and save it as a sound. When you will load the sound, the start points will be already set.
