Can only use 4 outs in ableton (overbridge)

I want to use all individual out on my rytm in live , but when I select all out I get this message

“Your channel configuration could not be applied on this system. The required USB bandwidth could not be allocated.”

I have a new surfacebook 4 running win 10

Try changing the channels to 16bit not 32bit.
