Can't load custom wav files, transfer asking for SYX since Explore tab is not seen

Hi, I have some wav files that I you like to load to Model Samples Transfer program but can’t load since they are not syx. Any ideas to work around this? Do not see explore tab. only tabs seen are Drop and Connection and drop only allows SYX files.

Basically not sure why the Explore tab is missing.

It’s worth checking you have both the latest version of transfer and the latest firmware for the model:samples.
