Can't sequence on gear while using overbridge (sending program changes not working)

I’m syncing program changes between Elektron gear through midi, a lovely feature. But then I thought I could use overbridge as a control interface to set the parameters of my A4 and AR. But if overbridge is activated the synthesisers don’t respond to program change midi signals anymore from other Elektron gear.

Is this an expected behaviour?

I would love to be able to play my gear hands-on with the built in sequencers while still using overbridge.

BTW there is a message that pops up when starting overbridge, saying that one should only sequence from the DAW, but they don’t mention a reason.

It’s working for me. I do all my Pattern Change (Program Change) via MIDI cables and I use OB at the same time.

Are you using the same Auto Channel on each device?

The magic was to turn off syncing in the Overbridge plugins. Now everything is working :slight_smile:

how do you do that?
is it possible to send note and CC via MIDI in while using Overbridge?
