Baby rabbits.
It’s heartbreaking, each time.
Especially when waking up and putting the foot on some bloody bones in the morning.
I am never barefoot fortunately.
But as much as I love my cats, I could do without their psychopathic games in the house.
Nature teaches a lot, still hard to accept that cruelty seems to be part of it. I can only cope knowing the hunters generally have less offspring then the hunted species. It seem balanced that way and that’s what i like to teach my kids.
At my bandmate’s previous place, there was a grumpy old black Persian cat. I would usually sleep on the couch on my visits. From the Persian’s point of view, I was invading his couch.
One night I tried to go to sleep on the couch but he wouldn’t get off. He just stared at me like WTF, this is MY couch! So I ended up curling my body like a baby to sleep.
Cats are awesome!
