Can I step enter Notes with the built in chromatic keyboard?
I know it is a weird question as two things have to be done on the same keyboard at once…
I would assume I need an external keyboard for that…
You can enter step notes by PLO king the note with the knob.
Chromatic mode can be used only for live recording.

So this mentioning in the 1.0.4 release note just ment the ability to switch modes…
“The grid record mode can now be toggled also while in Chromatic mode.”
Indeed : you may enter your notes in Rec Live mode with the Chromatic mode, then switch to Grid mode to change a note or even clear the sequence, and switch back to Chromatic mode.
An endless sequencer like the one on the op1 or the korg minilogue would be really cool for the chromatic mode.
I’m definitely missing this feature! In the original manual, there were instructions on how to do this… I can’t remember what they were, but it totally made sense, although it seems it would be impossible. I commented about it on the thread with the author of the manual and he removed it. Hopefully they add it back in at some point!
