In overbridge, it would be super nice if there was a compose screen for the Analog Four.
All I really want is a screen that would show me all the notes that are sequenced for each track, nothing else would be necessary (in my opinion).
This would make layering much easier as I wouldn’t have to switch tracks, hold down the sequence buttons, write shizz down in order to make sure the melodies work with each other and to identify the cause of any incidental harmonic dissonance. And before you say “can’t you just do that by ear?” well if you’re working with three to four different phrasings at the same time sometimes things can get complicated.
