Control ARP params with Midi?

I am wondering if there are ways to control the Parameters inside the ARP page with Midi. Maybe some hacks for that?

also i sometimes would like to do weird modulation of BPM. is that somehow possible? with any Elektron device?

The manual says the arp doesn’t work with MIDI (page 31)
Wish it could though.
