Controlling other synths with Digitone

Hi all, very basic midi question.

I’ve had a go at sequencing a volca drum and an 0-coast with my digitone. I can play both with the dt but when I try to sequence them the trigs do nothing.

Have tried various things with the midi config but nothing seems to work. Am a total noob at midi so am probably overlooking something really basic.

The midi track might be (is likely) muted. You’d be able to send live via chromatic mode but not once sequenced.
