Copying MIDI track between patterns

I’m trying FUNC + RECORD while a track is selected, in grid recording mode, but to no avail. Machine isn’t copied, nor are values from the MIDI parameter pages.

Any ideas? Otherwise I’ll just be doing it manually.

I’m trying to use a consistent track structure across many patterns, to trigger samples on corresponding Octatrack Flex machines.

You can copy midi track values to another midi track, but you have set it to MIDI in Machine Setup first. Copy/Paste Track should change the machine too imho.

Thanks! I thought I tried that already, but I’ll give it another crack.

And yes, thanks, I’ll log a feature request. It seems fair enough - not sure what other behaviour you’d expect in that situation.
