CTR-AL and Input machines

Hi, just wanting some info whilst my MD is away. Has any one found a way to exclude the inputs from the effects of CTR-AL?

Off top of my head, you could place trigs on the input machines at relatively frequent intervals and for all the parameters you plan to tweak, plock the trigs to their original values.

A bit crude and there will still be momentary changes between trigs, but it’s worked well in other situations, like keeping a kick solid while you tweak CTR-AL.

Thanks for the info, I was hoping you might be able to do that. I was wanting to run my Jomox kick drum through the inputs and tweak the CTR-AL without affecting it so this might just work!
