Blackbox sketch, field recordings and samples resampled with Zoia and Boum. Starting to think there’s some potential here, and realizing this workflow is akin to what I was doing with Live when I very first started.

This one started as a Digitakt drum groove, using sounds from the MY DAUGHTER’S DRUM MACHINE thread. It grew into a synth jam: B2600 lead, Prophet 6 pad, Matriarch clav. Recorded to Tascam Model 16.

Nice! Reminds me a bit of some of the music in some of my favorite Cyberpunk/Space games. (Mass Effect / Deus Ex / Etc.) Paints a picture in my head.

I’ve played the first two, and own the retouched collection of all of them plus Andromeda, but still haven’t played the third or Andromeda. I’ve been wanting to for a LONG time now, just haven’t had the time in recent years, and when I did, I got hit with Elden Ring.
Maybe over the summer sometime when the novelty of sun has worn off a bit.
Think I should start with the first again though. I’m one of the few people who really enjoys the Mako sequences.

I though it was a myth…so it’s true !!
Yeah starting from 1 is mandatory if you want to carry the Shepard profile through all three games. Second one is the best obviously, but i love the third, especially wit the the Citadel DLC that is absolutely mandatory and to be played just before the final act.
Never touched Andromeda, and it seems it’s better to stay away from it.
Also, i always play in winter…more cocoony and immersive.
